Today's Chickadees

I bought a bird feeder on the weekend, and I set it up yesterday. Today there were some nice chickadees feeding from it. I love watching birds. Here's some shots from the feeder today:

Hey do you think that could be the same bird that is on my feeder??!! Just kidding, I am a red head not a blonde :)

What an amazing shot of the tiny bird seed in its mouth. That is some precise camera work! I love all your wildlife photos. Can't wait until the geese migrate back in spring. :)

Thanks K! I can't wait until the geese come back as well, and especially for the goslings in the spring. I have the bird feeder set up in front of my balcony window and if I move really slowly I can sneak up and get some close shots. I'm going to hang up a suet feeder as well, for the birds that like that stuff.

Cheers!

I envy you. You live in such close proximity to nature. What we see all the time in our place are walls!
